Brothers Ryan and Billy Bryer always had a passion for film. Since they were tiny they imagined creating Red and Green Apples Production Company, a film business dedicated to making brief funny movies. These short films come together on the comedy channel The Red and Green Apples Show. There's an art to eliciting laughs in just a few minutes. Sometimes it feels the videos are just skimming the surface, but the short form is perfect for internet audiences.

Alex Negrete has managed to do it with his musical comedy series KEEPtheHEAT, a program which has seen Alex become one of the most bankable stars on YouTube. Your favorite top 40 hits have never sounded quite like this!

In the tradition of irreverent blender experiment series Will It Blend comes twice-weekly web program, Is It a Good Idea to Microwave This? In most cases the answer is a resounding no, never, not on your life. But it's always fun to see exactly what will happen in this humorous science program.

A big blue beached whale is the unlikely hero of the off the wall Australian animated comedy Beached Az. The rapid fire episodes are great for those with short attention spans, with each clocking in at less than two minutes, but I find myself longing for a bit more depth.
