Bandstand Busking has started a musical movement to reinvigorate London's unused bandstands and bring public music back to the masses. Exciting new bands from the United Kingdom and beyond perform intimate sets for the crowds who follow the Bandstand Busking social media pages. And for the rest of us, there are always the online clips!

The land Down Under has more to offer the music world than Olivia Newton John and INXS. What's happening now is showcased with Music Feeds TV. The channel's content veers slightly to the left, although the indie artists featured should be well known to most Aussies. The channel celebrates local talent and the international artists touring this wide brown land.

SugarHill Recording Studios isn't the only one taking music fans behind its doors. In the series Sun Studio Sessions, we see up and coming talents playing in the acclaimed Memphis music spot. The concept is virtually the same, but when the quality's this good we don't mind doubling up.

SugarHill Studios takes us inside its famed Studio A with its music webseries Live From SugarHill Studios. It's impossible not to draw comparisons with the more popular Live From Abbey Road program, but Live From SugarHill Studios fares favorably. While more frequent postings would boost its appeal, what's here has a real immediacy and spontaneity that's exciting.

IndieATL shines a light on Atlanta, Georgia's independent music scene. The series is filmed and produced at Georgia State University, and this gives it a vibrant, youthful energy. The artists aren't household names, but this show is great for music lovers who want to wrap their ears around something new.

Alloy TV brings us some of the hottest new bands in America with its music webseries Stream Out Loud. The performances are the centerpiece here, and they're beautiful with stripped back deliveries that really get to the hearts of the songs. Each band performs two or three tunes, so you begin to get a sense of who they are and what they're about.

Shopping for albums is a different experience to any other kind of retail. It's intensely personal, and it makes for some fascinating viewing in the music series What's In My Bag? Celebrities, shoppers, and even Amoeba Music store staff come clean about the music choices they make, and why specific sounds inspire them.

Watching music on the internet rarely has the immediacy of a live concert performance, but The Room Live looks to bridge the gap with its webseries The Living Room. As the name suggests, it aims to recreate a concert in your own living room, complete with stripped back performances and casual banter. They're not entirely successful in this ambitious goal, but the talent is so good that I can't be too critical.

If the mainstream artists of Sessions @ AOL are a little too pedestrian for you, consider AOL's sister series The Interface. This is much cooler and edgier, with performances from some of the hottest upcoming indie and alternative artists. Just like Sessions, we see the bands stripped back and raw in performances and interviews.

AOL brings the music of some of the world's hottest chart toppers to your computer with its Sessions @ AOL webseries. It's the raw, intimate nature of these performances that really helps to differentiate it from all of the other musical series online. I also particularly like the user-friendly interface, which helps us easily jump to the songs we want to see.
