Created for nerds by nerds, the weekly entertainment series Nerdlocker reports on all aspects of nerd culture. From the latest science fiction blockbuster to cult comic books, if nerds want to know about it the enthusiastic Nerdlocker team will probably talk about it. Here nerd isn't an insult, but rather a badge of honor worn proudly by the hosts and their fans.

Jeanine Hughes gives her lighthearted and satirical views of the world around her in the comedy news series, Jeanine TV. The blend of politics, pop cultural comedy, and music reviews is a bit strange, but Hughes' wit manages to pull it all together. The irregular schedule is a bit disappointing though for a program dealing so frequently with current affairs.

ETC, standing for Entertainment, Technology, and Culture, is another channel in the already crowded world of entertainment news website. It’s got a few things on its side though. Khail Anonymous is a likable host, who keeps the energy levels up. It also releases episodes a couple of times a week, which is better than many similar shows on the web.

Chic Report isn't your high class style program. Instead it has fun with style, delivering juicy stories and witty commentary on the often overlapping worlds of fashion and entertainment.
I love the approach, but the irregularly released videos let the series down. There's no way to deliver the hottest gossip when months pass between episodes.

Most young people would fall asleep watching the television's nightly news bulletins. Lauren Mayhew and Cameron Goodman, and their team of regular correspondents, come to the rescue with their upbeat news channel, Breakfast Burrito News. Its frenetic pace is matched by diverse stories presented in an easily digestible way for the YouTube Generation.

Peter Rallis delivers just what we’d expect in his Indy Mogul series, Movie Buzz. You know what you're getting here: interviews, reviews, trailers, and news from the world of Hollywood. What the movie series lacks in originality it makes up for with Rallis' personality. He's a film student, and his passion about his subject matter help to make this a little better than the average.

Your Geek News has you covered when it comes to nerd culture, with reviews of everything from the latest Harry Potter flick to interviews with the stars hanging around science fiction conventions. What's here is great, but it can be tedious sorting through the archives. An easy search feature would make the channel much more user-friendly.

Julie Alexandria helps us catch up on all the week’s major television happenings with TV in a Flash. I understand that these days internet users are pressed for time and often short on attention, but the two-minute format still seems rushed. There's a lot to cover in a week's television, and a longer format would have helped us sink our teeth into it.

Asha K helps you keep your finger on the pulse with her weekly chat show This Week in Music. The webseries features a great blend of news, reviews, and interviews with artists making waves in the industry. It's not the most original mix, but this tried and true formula serves the music program well.

This Week in Movies offers a weekly look at the world of film, with news, reviews, and interviews with industry movers and shakers. The strongest part of this show is the interviews, which give this series a bit of a point of difference. The news got a bit tedious for me, as I felt I'd heard it all before from other entertainment outlets, but the interviews are worth tuning in for.
