It might seem counterproductive for anyone interested in getting fit to spend their time in front of a computer screen, but This Week in Health and Wellness hopes to capture some athletic girls in their downtime. I say girls, because this really is a female skewed series. I'm sure men could get something out of it, but with obesity being such an important issue it's a shame that this doesn't try to capture a wider audience.
