I had high hopes for this week’s episode of Canadian Idol, where the contestants were invited to visit rock and roll heaven. All the tunes were performed by the music industry’s dearly departed, so I knew the music would be top notch.
After a few shaky performances Amberly Thiessen was back to her best with this stirring rendition of Bob Marley’s Redemption Song.

Yellow sticky notes and the “to do” lists most of us write on them are designed to keep things running smoothly. But what happens when these innocuous pieces of paper made to keep our lives organized actually dominates them?
This is the realization that inspired Canadian animator Jeff Chiba Stearns to create this clever shot film Yellow Sticky Notes.
