5 Minute Office Workout

5 Minute Office Workout is a fitness webseries hosted by The Biggest Loser trainer, Bob Harper.

In each episode, Bob visits a different American office worker with health and weight concerns. He develops a five-minute workout routine which the worker can perform in their office environment.

Bob's exercises are workplace appropriate, as they focus on burning calories rather than sweating it out. The majority of the exercises can be done while sitting or standing, and require little or no exercise equipment.

Each episode is short, lasting approximately three minutes.

The player features basic video controls, allowing users to pause and play and clips and adjust their volume. Hovering over the player allows fans to send the videos to friends and contacts on social networks. Images at the right of the player help users navigate to other episodes of 5 minute workout. Users can scroll through these episodes by hovering their mouse at the top or bottom of the column of images.

The site also features a Lunch Box section, which helps workers develop nutritional meals and snacks for the office.
