Acceptable.TV

Acceptable.TV is an interactive comedy series from American cable channel VH1. Its simple philosophy is "that some stuff is better than other stuff."

The television series works hand in hand with the Acceptable.TV website. Each week, television viewers will watch five short episodes of proposed new programs. The site's users can vote for the concepts they like, and the three with the least votes are canned. The following week three new pilots must battle the TV audience's favourites.

Users can also vote online for videos submitted by other Acceptable.TV members. The most popular amateur video will be aired on the VH1 series.

Anyone can view the videos on Acceptable.TV, but to vote and submit your own comedic masterpiece you'll need to sign up for free membership.
