Afterworld Full Episodes

Afterworld is a computer animated science fiction series. It follows Russell Shoemaker, an advertising executive who awakens to find that all the technology has been shut down, and that most of the world's population has disappeared overnight.

Russell is driven by his desire to discover the truth and to return home to his family in Seattle. As he travels home from his New York business trip, Russell documents his journey in a diary. Afterworld is the story of this journey, a 3,000 mile trip across a radically different America. We see the strange new societies the apocalypse has spawned, and attempts to discover what caused the catastrophe.

The event, called "The Fall" by its survivors, has seen many of them undergo rapid mutations. Russell himself experiences heightened night vision and endurance.

Unlike typical science fiction series, Afterworld features a naturalistic future setting which utilizes Western movie motifs. Each episode is short, lasting approximately three minutes.

Afterworld is the brainchild of writer Brent V. Friedman and artist and filmmaker Michael DeCourcey.

Browsers can access video controls by hovering over the player. Links beneath the player allow fans to add it to a personal website or playlist, share it with friends or a social network, or flag it for offensive content.
