Back in Session

Healthy stars inspire teens to get back in shape for the start of the school year in the Alloy TV series Back in Session.

Many episodes see a celebrity teaming up with a student for a workout session. Typically this sees a professional athlete pairing up with a teen interested in the same sport. These episodes see the athlete offering tips to the student for improving aspects of their game.

Other episodes see other personalities, such as celebrity trainers and reality TV stars, giving advice about developing an exercise regime and getting into shape.

Controls appear when hovering over the player window. Basic controls along the base allow browsers to pause and play the clips, adjust their volume and video quality, and view the episodes in full screen mode. More advanced controls along the right side allow fans to share the videos with friends, embed them into a personal website, read information about the episodes, and navigate to other episodes in the series.
