Break It Down

Break It Down is a documentary series which reveals the stories behind some of the world's most iconic musicians and their songs. Performers including The Doors keyboardist Ray Manzarek and Yes lead singer Jon Anderson are featured.

The musicians appear relaxed in their home studio environments. As they speak they demonstrate their points with small musical performances. Each entertainer also gives a full performance of a classic hit. Musicians are featured over several episodes, with each complete profile lasting approximately 10 minutes.

The player controls appear when hovering over the player window with the mouse. These controls allow browsers to pause or stop the playback, jump to the next video in the series, and toggle between regular and full-screen viewing modes and low and high quality viewing modes.

A short episode synopsis is found underneath the player window. Below this, links allow fans to share the videos with social networking communities, embed them into a personal website, e-mail them to friends, and subscribe to the channel’s RSS feed.

Images to the right of the player window allow browsers to easily navigate to other episodes of Break it Down.
