The Twitter postings of the world’s hottest celebrities become animated comedy in the webseries, Celebritweets Theater.

With only 140 characters to play with, celebrities are known for posting some of the most obnoxious, inane, superficial, and hilarious comments on microblogging website Twitter. The comments are unedited and off the cuff, without the filter of publicists and media managers. And this is where we find the comedy gold. Celebritweets Theater imagines the stories that may have sparked these entertaining star comments, and sets them to simple South Park-esque animation.

Basic video controls along the bottom of the player window allow fans to pause and play the clips, adjust their volume, and view them in full screen mode. The video options link presents a second menu which contains more advanced controls.

A brief episode synopsis is posted to the right of the player window. Buttons underneath this allow fans to share the videos with friends via social networking platforms.
