Darkcasting

Darkcasting is a late night internet-based talk show hosted by American actress and comedienne Whitney Cummings.

As the program is sponsored by Lexus, every interview takes place inside the brand's new compact hybrid vehicle, the CT 200h. This makes each episode seem like part talk show and part test drive, with the host traveling with their guests around their home town.

Darkcasting takes in major locations around the United States, including San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles. Each episode features interviews with some of the city's movers and shakers, including entrepreneurs, musicians, authors, and chefs. By speaking to a diverse selection of people, Darkcasting paints a picture of each city's cultural landscape.

Controls appear when hovering over the player window. Basic controls along the base of the player window allow browsers to pause and play the clips, adjust their volume, and view them in full screen mode. More advanced controls along the right side of the player allow fans to share the videos with friends and embed them into a personal website.
