Eleventh Hour is an American science-based drama series based on the British program of the same name. It stars Rufus Sewell as the eccentric biophysicist Dr. Jacob Hood.

Jacob works as a science advisor to the FBI, investigating cases concerning the abuse and misuse of medicine and technology. He is passionate about keeping science uncorrupted by evil forces and greed. He's assisted by his personal bodyguard special agent Rachel Young, played by Marley Shelton. Rounding out the group is special agent Felix Lee, a young cop inspired by Dr Hood's work.
