Filmnut

Filmnut is an interview series which explores the art of filmmaking. It is hosted by American producer, writer, comedian and actor Jeff Schubert.

Filmnut explores the complete world of filmmaking by speaking to guests who work in front of and behind the camera. In the past, these have included actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Iron Man II cameraman Joseph Cicio, and Zombieland costume designer Magali Guidasci.

With interviews typically lasting for 45 minutes, they provide greater depth and detail than those typically seen online.

Each episode is filmed live. Viewers at home are encouraged to be a part of the show by submitting their questions and comments to the guests in real time.

The Filmnut channel uses simple YouTube players. Controls along the base of the player window allow browsers to pause and play the clips, adjust their volume, and view them in full-screen mode. A detailed episode synopsis is printed underneath the player window.
