Self taught handyman Eric Rochow teaches viewers everything he knows with his home improvements channel, GardenFork. The series takes a holistic approach to home improvement, with videos on gardening, cooking, pet care, repairs, and other projects.

A passionate do-it-yourselfer, Rochow created the series to share his knowledge with others. He enlisted his friend to hold the camera, and set about putting it online. From its first video showing the creation of a humble puttanesca pasta, GardenFork has grown to become an eclectic haven for home improvements.

Rochow has never had any formal training, and so muddles through his videos with a trial and error approach. His unflappable sense of humor and optimism ensures no project is too challenging. If it doesn't work out the way he wants, he'll simply change tact and try again.

The GardenFork video page is set up like a traditional blog, with details about the most recent episodes presented first. Viewers click on each episode title to view its episode page. This contains and episode synopsis and standard You Tube player. Links in the synopsis offer additional information, including the recipes for the cooking episodes and related episode pages.
