Melrose Place is a revamp of the popular prime-time soap opera of the 1990s. Just like its predecessor, the series focuses on the lives and loves of the young tenants of a Los Angeles apartment complex.

The apartment complex from which the series borrows its name is full of beautiful, bright and ambitious twenty-somethings. There’s wannabe film-maker Jonah and his school teacher fiancé Riley, promising chef Auggie, medical student Lauren and her roommate, the publicist Ella. Rounding out the residents are the mysterious newcomer Violet and bad boy David, the son of original Melrose Place regular Michael Mancini.

The series ties in with the original Melrose Place when the apartment complex landlady Sydney Andrews, the former mistress of Michael Mancini, is found dead in the pool. He makes regular appearances, as does his ex-wife and Sydney’s sister Jane, the photographer Jo Reynolds, and the formidable advertising executive Amanda Woodward.

As with the original series, Melrose Place thrives on sexual intrigue, backstabbing, and a healthy dose of melodrama.

New one-hour episodes of Melrose Place are added to the channel every week. The channel also features previews of upcoming episodes, behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews with the cast.
