P. Diddy's Starmaker is a reality TV program developed by "Survivor's" Mark Burnett and hip hop mogul P. Diddy.

The program sees seven guys and seven girls battle for the ultimate prize: a deal with Diddy's Bad Boy Records. The series brings together live performances with behind-the-scenes footage for a complete view of a journey to stardom. All contestants live together in a Los Angeles mansion, where romantic alliances are formed and tempers flare.

Along the way, the contestants are groomed and judged by Diddy's personal team of industry experts. These heavyweights include Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, industry exec Tamara Conniff, choreographer Laurie Ann Gibson, and artist manager Johnny Wright. Each week the participants must complete challenges designed to expose the realities of life in the music industry. They'll be assessed by the industry experts and other celebrity judges, such as Pete Wentz, Lady Gaga, and Kelly Rowland.
