Sheltered takes you behind-the-scenes of animal shelters to meet some of their cutest residents.

Each episode is narrated by a human who gives the abandoned dogs and cats a voice. The narration gives the back story of each animal and their experience in the shelter. The stories are often sad, but all have hope for adoption and a brighter future.

The series highlights the important role of animal shelters in society.

Each episode is filmed in high-definition video, to ensure the quality is excellent even when viewing in full-screen mode.

Browsers can sort the videos according to their date of release, number of comments, and popularity.

Once fans choose a clip from the video menu they are taken to a new screen with a large player. The player's controls allow users to stop and play the video, adjust its volume, and view it in full screen mode.
