Show Us Your Dish

New York comic Nick Mendillo combines his two great loves of cooking and comedy in his unique webseries, Show Us Your Dish.

In each episode Mendillo invites a special guest to his basement studio for a quick cooking lesson. The series has welcomed actors and comedians based in New York City to its set. These guests share their favorite dishes with Mendillo, his pals Boris Khaykin and Marshall Stratton, and the series' faithful cameraman Jesse P-S.

Viewers are encouraged to share their own culinary creations with the Show Us Your Dish team via e-mail. These meals are then presented along with the videos on the Show Us Your Dish blog.

The Show Us Your Dish archive displays text-filled boxes representing Show Us Your Dish video episodes and articles, organized by month. Clicking on these sends viewers to individual pages, which where applicable feature the video player alongside a brief episode synopsis. Controls along the base of each player window allow fans to pause and play the clips, adjust their volume, and view them in full screen mode.
