Ski The Himalayas

Explorer Ben Clark and filmmaker Jon Miller take us on their adventure of a lifetime in the adventure series, Ski the Himalayas.

The series sees the American adventurers learn about eastern culture and themselves as they climb the world's highest mountains. Since launching in 2009, Clark and Miller have scaled a different Himalayan location each season. They look to share the experience with their viewers, and so encourage them to make contact and share their feedback on each clip.

Ski The Himalayas aims to cater for climbing veterans and armchair sportsmen with a taste of adventure.

The Ski The Himalayas video podcast page is organized like a traditional blog, with the most recent episodes appearing first. Individual video players are paired with brief episode synopses.

Video controls appear when hovering over the video players. Basic controls along the bottom of the screen allow viewers to pause and play the clips, adjust their volume, and view the episodes in full screen mode. More advanced controls on the right of the player allow fans to share the videos with friends, view them later, and add them to a list of favorites.
