The Baby Borrowers is an American reality TV program which forces five teenage couples to grow up fast.

The competitors are put on the fast track to adulthood, receiving homes to live in, babies and pets to care for, and real grown-up jobs.

The program stimulates a life in fast forward, with the babies soon replaced with toddlers, preteens, teenagers, and finally, senior citizens. Each stage of the program tests the teens, who must deal with crying babies, potty training, and rebellion.

This social experiment allows the participants to get a glimpse into what their lives may be like if they remain together and decide to build a family.

The Baby Borrowers was based on the British reality series of the same name.
