The Biggest Loser Video Clips

The Biggest Loser is an American reality TV series. It follows the struggles of obese contestants attempting to lose the most weight.

The contestants are initially divided into three teams. They are assigned one of the program's trainers, Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels, and Kim Lyons. The trainers utilize challenging diet and exercise regimes to help their team achieve their weight loss goals.

Each week the teams also compete in challenges designed to test their commitment to their new lifestyle. They are also offered temptations, which entice them to stray for a perceived payoff. The team that loses the lowest percentage of their starting weight each week must eliminate one of their teammates.

Towards the end of the program, the teams are united. At this stage, the two participants with the lowest percentage weight loss are up for elimination. The last person left standing walks away with $250, 000 in prize money.

The Biggest Loser is hosted by Days Of Our Lives actress, Alison Sweeney.
