The Living Room

The Living Room is a music series which presents some of the world's hottest musical artists in a new, intimate way.

The program gets its name because it attempts to give viewers the experience of seeing the features band playing in their own living rooms. The musicians perform acoustic and unplugged, and share the stories behind the songs they perform.

Previous artists who've played in The Living Room include Sheryl Crow, The Swell Season, Cassette Kids, and Choir of Young Believers.

Basic controls along the base of the player window allow browsers to pause and play the clips, and slip forwards and backwards. Clicking on the downwards arrow presents more options, which allow browsers to adjust their connection and Quicktime player settings. Quicktime Pro members can also save the videos to view later.

Episodes stream live on Thursdays at 8 pm PDT or 11 pm EDT. These episodes are later available to watch at any time on the channel.
