Tom Papa is assisted by a rotating panel of celebrity judges who weigh in on the couple's issues before delivering a verdict on which party is right. Past judges have included Kelly Ripa, Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, and Madonna. Although The Marriage Ref can take these views under advisement, he is free to make his own decision on the winning party.
